Get ready to burn some calories and have fun!  Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system.  It integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval and resistance training to maximize calories burned, cardio benefits, and total body toning.  It’s easy to learn and this class is specially designed for those over 50. Our instructor is Beth Trahan, a personal trainer and certified Zumba instructor.

Session One (308): Tuesdays: Jan 19, 26, Feb 2, 9 & 16 • 9:15 - 10 a.m.

$40 Members; $80 Non-Members
