Culinary Entertainment at Little Italy (367)  

Chef Delite Zitta believes a cooking class should have three components: eating, learning and relaxing.  Join us at a new venue for an OLLI cooking class, the Little Italy Café & Deli in Sanford.  The classes will include a combination of demonstrations and hands-on preparation. Each class will have a specific focus on a particular ingredient and most recipes will be what the Chef calls “speed-scratch”.  William-Sonoma’s cookbook “Essentials of Italian Cooking” will be used, however you will receive handouts for all the recipes, so it is not necessary to purchase the book.    Please note, the class limit is only 12.
