Pilates: For Beginners and Others (310)
According to Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates, “If at the age of 30 you are stiff and out of shape, you are old. If at 60 you are supple and strong, then you are young.” Pilates develops body awareness, improving and changing the body’s postural and alignment habits and increases flexibility and ease of movement. This class is appropriate for the beginner or advanced beginner, however please note that most participants find it challenging. Our instructor is Dianna Cramer, a Certified Pilates Teacher. Bring a yoga mat or towel to class. The class is limited to 20.
