The Sensational Writings of Louisa May Alcott (347)
Although Louisa May Alcott is known primarily for her children’s classics like Little Women, she also wrote a number of stories and novels that were more on the wild side, similar to her famed character Jo March. In this class, we will delve into these more adult writings which she wrote under the pseudonym A.M. Barnard. These writings include romantic intrigues, occasional drug use, and fantastical plots. The class will be led by Rosemary Kohut, a retired English and vocal music teacher.
