| 319) Beekeeping: What’s the Buzz?If you want to save the dying bee population, you should attend this class to learn more about what is required to become a beekeeper. At the fi rst session, which will be held in the classroom, you will view a video; learn about the required equipment and supplies; and have your questions answered. The second session will be a fi eld trip north of St. Charles where you will learn how to install bees into hives and see Terry Klein’s operation. The class is led by Terry Klein, who is Vice President of the Michigan Beekeeper’s Association anda member of the Saginaw Valley Beekeeper’s Association. Two Wednesdays: Feb 11 and April 15 from 1 - 3:30 p.m. Price: $20 Members; $40 Non-Members |
